Female Testudo gracea gracea, rehomed from Mrs Lesley Bell From Aberdeanshire, Lesley is not sure of her age as she was found walking the streets 38 years ago, mrs bell did the usual putting posters up and checking with vets but nobody claimed her so she has lived with her ever since, Josephine is well travelled moving from Gloustershire to aberdeanshire then to west yorkshire but will be travelling no more only in the garden!!! As you can see Quasi is not the prettiest of tortoises, My vet thinks he has had a infection wich was not treated and this is the way he has been left but this would have happened when he was a hatchling before Carolyn got him and this is why he has the name Quasimodo, also as you can see he has been attacked by a dog but this did not happen whilst in the care of Carolyn he had been rehomed to somone carolyn knew, and the next time Carolyn saw him he was like this so she quickly took him back.
